I found the Matsumoto Tokyu Rei Hotel to be a mixed experience during my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from the Matsumoto Station. However, the room was not as clean as I expected, with an uncomfortable smell and dingy carpets. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with many items empty and the food lacking flavor.
